Welcome to the xabj platform. These terms and conditions apply to the use of all xabj services, games, bonus offers, and related features. By creating an account on the platform or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.

2.2 Verification Process

2.3 Single Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

The minimum age to use xabj services is 21. By creating an account on the platform, you confirm that:

4.1 Password Management

4.2 Unauthorized Access

xabj processes transactions through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption. xabj never sends funds to a third party's personal account. If anyone makes such a claim, it is fraudulent — contact us immediately.

xabj offers various promotional offers that apply subject to specific conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, xabj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and place the account under review.

All bets on the xabj platform are governed by fair and transparent rules. Games are operated through software from trusted providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and others).

7.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on popular sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, various leagues), and kabaddi. Specific rules apply to each market and are detailed on the relevant page.

7.3 Game Results

All casino game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is audited by a third party. There is no possibility of manipulation in xabj game results.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's name.
• Abusing the bonus system or applying "bonus hunting" strategies.
• Processing fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Intentionally exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Collusion or coordination with other players.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, xabj will immediately close the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

xabj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

9.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming habits are getting out of control, you can request a temporary or permanent account closure yourself by contacting us at [email protected]. This measure is for your own protection.

9.2 Balance on Account Closure

If there is a valid cash balance at the time of closure and the account has not been closed due to prohibited activity, the return of that balance will be reviewed. However, in cases of closure due to breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.
